This certificate is from my job Each of those little Gold and Silver Diamonds on that certificate in this blog entry represent one %100 percent perfect survey well the sliver one is from graduating from training but we also get silver ones other ways but you get the idea they gave this to me because I filled it up, and now I have started a new one. And in those diamond spaces at the very bottom of the certificate my new certificate at work on the wall has one red diamond on it to show that I filled up this one, and when there are 13 red diamonds on the very last newest one that gets put up at work I think I get money or a big prize not too sure. The certificate well actually the pineapple on it takes thirteen gold and silver diamonds to fill it up each time. What the certificate says on it that is too hard to read in the photo is: Marriott global reservations and customer care recognizes Dylan Fer. In appreciation for contributions to the success of our business. Yes they never for some odd reason put our whole last names on them or even our company id photo badges, as you can see I put a picture of mine in this post as well, also has an extra bonus picture I put a picture of the cute little gum ball machine that I got from work we all got one around christmas time complete with gum balls.
