Wow I Have Not Seen The Office In Four Whole Days

So I have been off of work since Saturday and it is now Tuesday but that's counting my normal two days off which are Sunday's and Monday's. So anyways I was actually sick today, but on Saturday I did it so that we could Christmas shop, because with Remembrance day out here places would have not been opened when we needed them to be. So at least I did not have to sit in my lovely cubicle for four days straight, well not much else to say just thought I would post to my blog today out of boredom. Peace out.....

Finally I'm Going To Get A Raise!!!

Yes you read the title of this blog post correctly, my company is going to be giving me a .75 cent an hour raise, starting January 5th 2008. Plus on top of that raise I'll be getting at least another .23 cent an hour raise after I have been there one year, which I will be on November 27th 2007. And yes it may not seem like much per hour but it all adds up. I mean thats $10.75 an hour plus another .23 cents and I work eight hours a day five days a week so you do the math. it becomes $439.20 a week which is $878.40 every pay day before taxes. Thats $78.40 more than what I was making all this time. Well I'm taking the day off tomorrow to do some Christmas shopping, and buy myself some winter boots. And then I'm off of work until Tuesday, and then my week is full of work, dentists, and Dr's. Well I'll blog more soon when I have something else to blog about.

New Pictures Of Olivia!!!

My mom went to see the baby last night and she took these, I did not go because I was worried I would bring something to the baby because I had a flu shot plus my wife had been under the weather....

Happy 30th Birthday To Me!!!!

Hey everyone I thought I would start my birthday blog post a day early because my birthday is actually on October 15th 1977, so that would be tomorrow. I'll be posting pictures of my gifts and cake. Also I'll throw in a bonus picture of my one year wedding anniversary present. I'll have three more pictures to add yet, but the picture of my last gift will have to wait because the book is on order at my local bookstore (Coles). And Tomorrow I will add pictures of my cake, dinner, and my birthday card. So here are the first few pictures: First two pictures are all of my birthday gifts minus one and they are the following: Another expansion pack for The Sims 2, a Madonna music video collection dvd that I did not have called The Immaculate Collection, one of the books that I had been wanting by this author named Michael Largo called The Portable Obituary I know it sounds morbid but its a great book it tells you how and when many famous people died even people throughout ancient history, and then I needed a new wallet mine went through the washer and dryer and got wrecked it had been in my pocket when I washed my jeans, and then I got a Homer Simpson bookmark, and then the next picture is of my wife's old Tarot cards that she gave me as part of my gift after I bought her new ones. I have one more book coming and when I finally get it I will add it to this post. The picture of the watch is the anniversary gift that I got because I needed a new watch and it looks nice and it has a light but we have had alot of problems with it the watch is very touchy. Well I will add more pictures tomorrow.

Well It's officially my birthday now and I have more pictures to add to this entry the first two of the day are of all the gifts that I received from my parents along with two birthday cards from them I also got three coffee mugs the first one says 30 & Dirty, the next one says
Thirty & Loving it, and the very last one says How the Hell did I get this old?!, and I got two
pairs of white tube socks with Canadian flags on the upper ankle part, and I got a Ren & Stimpy CD I still like them, *lol* and then I got a Winnie the Pooh picture frame with my picture in it, *Blahhhh*

And I got my favorite gift of all the really great knife with three different blades. Well I'll have more to post in a few more hours and then in a few more days I'll have my last gift to post which will be of my favorite book.

Ok here are the last of the pictures until I get my last book in a few more days, So there is the graveyard chocolate cake, my birthday card from my wife, and my dinner of steak, a lobster tail, and roasted potatoes. Here are a few more pictures of Olivia that I got in my e-mail today she sure is growing and she is now off the breathing tube and she is gaining weight, my wife is worried but I know that even though she is so tiny she will be ok and she is supposed to be coming home sometime before or by halloween.....

A New Day And A New Life!!!!

Well I have something happy and exciting to blog about today, my sister Zana finally gave birth to a baby girl my new niece she had her by C-Section, she is very tiny only weighing 2.5 lbs, 12 inches long, and so far all I know is her name is Olivia Danika not sure of the spelling I have some pictures that I will include in this post. She looks like the sweetest little angel, wish I coulda been there but of course I was sick with the stomach flu plus had I not been home sick I would have been at work. So Zana will get to leave the hospital soon but of course the baby will have to stay there for like two more months. She is in an incubator as you can see from the pictures but other than that she looks happy and healthy. Well I will type more soon but for now this is all because I'm still feeling sore, weak, and a bit ill. But I will keep you all updated when I find more out.......

Well this day is going to be awful!!!

Hello everyone well what a way to have to start off a day my wife is sick stomach bug or something non stop puking so I had to stay home and take care of her. So I had to miss work which means I had to take an adherence hit, this will be my fourth one if none of the others have dropped off. And after four your out the door so this means that I'm walking a fine line unless I get lucky and my first one was removed then I'm back to three. Well at least the good news is I have this hotel booking experience which I'm sure I can find another job at maybe an actual hotel it just sucks because I'll have been there a year this November, and I really did not want to have to go job hunting again we can't afford it *sigh* and there she goes getting sick again will it never end and we have no money or any way for her to see a Dr I might have to take in recycling, well got to go the Sasktel cable man will be here soon..... Update!!! I ended up going to work exhausted but then while I was at work I threw up and they let me go home and told me that I would still have a job good thing they did because I threw up at least five more times after I got home and then I took Wednesday the 19th off after sleeping for 14 hours. Now I'm just achy and sore I will go back to work on the 20th....

One Hell Of A Lucky Week For Me!!!

Hey there everyone I finally have something worthwhile to blog about this week. First off My pay check was a lucky $777 before taxes and other things were taken off of it. And then what started my week off on a great note was winning tickets at work for having such good adherence me and my wife got to see Beyonce live in concert at the Credit Union Center out here in Saskatoon on the 14th which was Friday. And then to add that extra special kick I was able to buy myself a kick ass MP3 player that I have been working on ripping songs from my CD collection onto the computer and than onto the MP3 player it can hold up to a thousand songs in WMA (Window's Media) format. I have included pictures of the winning tickets, the t-shirt that I bought both the front and the back of it, the arena where she preformed, and my new favorite toy :) But today as been lousy all me and my wife have been doing is arguing all day, Oh well what can you do about it *sigh* But at least after this week of work I will have from the 23rd until the 28th off of work and three of those five days will be payed vacation days. I took them off hoping that my sister will have her baby by then. Well I will write more soon I figured that I needed to post about my good fortunes lately but of course it seems like with the good comes the bad.....Peace out dudes and dudette's
