50 Bizarre Laws You Won’t Believe…

If you have ever wondered what is wrong with America today, I give you these. Every state has them, bizarre laws that don’t make sense. Rather than being more concerned on financial stuff or other things that can make our lives worthwhile a myriad of American citizens making up mandates that are simply absurd. Okay, okay being too preoccupied with earning money, may be unreasonable to some but I just can’t get these laws out of my mind. Anyway, just take a look them so you can have a bit of idea what I’m talking about. Feel free in the comment box at the end of this post to add any other laws you might know about from your state. We’ll see who has the most, bizarre laws. (my guess is Arkansas).

Alabama: It is illegal to wear a fake mustache that causes laughter in church.

Alaska: It is illegal to push a live moose out of a moving airplane.

Arizona: Any misdemeanor committed while wearing a red mask is considered a felony.

Arkansas: Schoolteachers who bob their hair cannot get a raise.

California: Animals may not mate in public within 1,500 feet of a tavern, school or place of worship.

Colorado: In Denver, it is illegal to lend your vacuum cleaner to your next-door neighbor.

Connecticut: In order for a pickle to officially be considered a pickle, it must bounce.

Delaware: It is illegal to fly over a body of water unless you’re carrying a sufficient supply of food and drink.

Florida: If you tie an elephant to a parking meter, you must insert money into the meter as you would with a car.

Georgia: No one may carry an ice cream cone in their back pocket on a Sunday.

Hawaii: Coins are not allowed to be placed in one’s ears.

Idaho: You may not fish on a camel’s back.

Illinois: Chicago law forbids eating in a place that is on fire.

Indiana: Performing puppet shows, wire dancing or tumbling acts for money is punishable by a fine.

Iowa: One-armed piano players must perform for free.

Kansas: You cannot shoot rabbits from a motorboat.

Kentucky: In Owensboro, a woman may not buy a hat without her husband’s permission.

Nevada: You are allowed to hang someone for shooting your dog on your property.

New Hampshire: It’s illegal to collect seaweed at night.

New Jersey: It is against the law for a man to knit during the fishing season.

New Mexico: In Las Cruces, you may not carry a lunchbox down Main Street.

New York: Citizens may not greet each other by “putting one’s thumb to the nose and wiggling the fingers.”

North Carolina: It’s against the law to sing off key.

North Dakota: Beer and pretzels can’t be served at the same time in a bar or restaurant.

Ohio: It is illegal to get a fish drunk.

Oklahoma: People who make “ugly faces” at dogs may be fined and/or jailed.

Oregon: In Stanfield, no more than two people may share a single drink.

Pennsylvania: It is illegal to sleep on top of a refrigerator outdoors.

Rhode Island: Any marriage in which either of the parties is an idiot or lunatic is considered null and void.

South Carolina: A person must be 18 years old to play a pinball machine.

South Dakota: It is illegal to lie down and fall asleep in a cheese factory.

Tennessee: In Oneida, an ordinance forbids anyone to sing the song “It Ain’t Goin’ To Rain No Mo’.”

Texas: A law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed.

Utah: A husband is responsible for every criminal act committed by his wife while she is in his presence.

Vermont: In Barre, all residents must bathe every Saturday night.

Virginia: In Waynesboro, it is illegal for a woman to drive a car up Main Street unless her husband is walking in front of the car waving a red flag.

Washington: It is mandatory for a motorist with criminal intentions to stop at the city limits and telephone the chief of police as he is entering the town.

West Virginia: A person may be arrested for making fun of someone who does not accept a challenge.

Wisconsin: It is illegal to kiss on a train.

Wyoming: You may not take a picture of a rabbit from January to April without an official permit.

We all know that water is important but you've never seen it written down like this before.

WATER

COKE
1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.

4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.

2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.

3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years!

My Favourite Horror/Gory Movies Of All Time That I Own On DVD Or Plan On Owning!!!

Hey there everyone if anyone still reads this blog anymore *sniffles* *lol* Well it's a new year and I just went to the theater a few weeks ago to see a horror movie called My Bloody Valentine 3D, I kept my glasses from it as well I'll post a picture of them on here soon so you can see them they look so neat not like the old retro 3D glasses that were red and blue and cardboard, these ones are plastic and kinda look like sunglasses. They say on them don't use as sunglasses *lol* So anyways it got me thinking that I should be blogging about my favorite horror/gory movies of all time. And since I'll be doing it again in February on Friday the 13th aka February 13th or a few days after that day I thought Dylan you see so many scary movies why not talk about them on here so here goes a run down of my favorite horror and gory movies. The movie I will be going to see next is Friday The 13th it comes out on Friday the 13th of February you know the movie its one about the serial killer Jason. So anyways here goes a new post after many months of no blogging lets see if I still remember how to blog *lol* ok here goes I have also given my own up to five star ratings for each one.....

The Saw movies all of them 2004 to 2008 (****): Saw, Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV, & Saw V: The first one was not as good as the ones that came after it but a good place to start, it was good enough to hold my interest and make me want to see the others in the series so far there have been five of them in the whole series I own them all on DVD, and they are in production for Saw 6 right now, also in the works is a video game based on the movies I'd play it. I recommend the Saw movies to die hard Gorno fans with strong stomachs and hearts *lol*. Just ask my wife it is scary stuff she went to see number three or four with me in the theater and she said never again *lol* I loved hearing that from her though actually believe it or not.....

Rob Zombies Halloween 2007 (*****): I saw this in theaters with my wife. I did not like the original Halloween movies too lame, and predictable and not much gore, but Rob zombie definitely changed all of that. I recommend it I own it on DVD as well, and even my wife liked it and if she liked it then it is an excellent movie because she is fussy when it comes to these types of movies first off and secondly she hates scary and gory movies. This was and is the only one I could get her to come to in the theater to see with me. I usually go to them all alone which sucks but if I want to see them badly enough I do it. This is a must see for any Die Hard Rob Zombie fan, or anyone who liked the original Halloween movies. I hope Rob makes a sequel I would go see it I think that my wife would too, this made me love remakes...

Hostel, & Hostel II 2005 & 2007 (*****): I loved these in theaters, would go to the theater if they ever make a third one. Awesome movies very gory, and violent it will make you think twice about staying in Hostels in certain countries. scary as shit. This is the type of movie that I can't watch at all in my wife's presence, very much a gorno, is a big torture flick, with too much violence and blood if your not a die hard gore fan not for the squeamish, or for people with bad hearts. My wife would most likely keel over die *lol* she hates the idea of people begging for their lives, and being hurt, or the sounds of their screaming. I however love it *hehehe* if that makes me a horrible person that's too bad I mean I don't feel that way in real life about real people. But come on these actors get paid to have the kind of fun I wish I was having. I own both of these on DVD as well I know shocking *lol* You must see these movies if your into alot of blood, gore, and violence. Five thumbs wayyyyy up.....

Texas Chainsaw Massacre, & Texas Chainsaw Massacre The Beginning 2003 & 2006 (*****): I never got to see either of these ones in theaters, but my wife did see Texas Chainsaw Massacre in theaters. Both were better than any of the original versions of the movie of course remakes always seem better because technology is better and so is Hollywood make up. Very gory, and very scary highly recommended and Jessica Biel is in it you can't do much better than that. She is hot even in this movie, and she survives and is still alive in the end. I own both of these on DVD too, definitely see them both if you have not done so. If they make more I will go see them......

Turistas 2006 (****): A good movie will make you think twice about traveling or being a tourist. I own it on DVD, not bad kinda predictable. Was ok to see in theaters but not any different on DVD. Fairly good on gore not has good as some though, I don't recommend it if you hate scary movies that are long, and drawn out. But worth at least renting for the average horror buff, would have to be a die hard horror buff like me to want to own it on DVD though. If you have seen it let me know what you think this one gets mixed reviews from me *lol* it had its moments of scariness. One thumb up in terms of the gore factor, and fear factor.....

Cabin Fever 2002 (****): A good movie that is about a flesh eating disease/illness from the contaminated water in their cabin in the middle of nowhere. I never got to see this one in theaters but I wanted to. I own it on DVD is has that guy in it that played Shawn on the hit tv show Boy Meets World. I recommend you see it once at least, good gore, not much violence in my opinion. Their is even a Girlfriend friendly version on the DVD which I have never watched *lol* sounds lame to me. My wife never watches or even saw this one either.....

My Bloody Valentine 3D 2009 (*****): I went and saw this in theaters a few weeks ago not worth it if you can't see it in 3D, it is a must see in 3D it is a remake of an old classic movie of the same name. I liked the original, but not as much. Lot's of gore and special FX due in part to the use of the 3D. This is the movie that I kept the glasses from, I rate the 3D version five stars, I will buy it on DVD but I don't know how good it will be because the DVD won't be in 3D or so I have heard. Go see this one in 3D if your theater only as it in 2D don't waste or money or time wait for the DVD then rent it. Made me jump things really came at you from the screen the whole thing is in 3D not just parts of it. The 3D version is not a good idea for the fainthearted or easily scared. View it in 3D at your own risk I'm a die hard gore and horror movie buff that never gets scared but the 3D in this one scared me, there were points I was thinking Oh My God I need to get out of here, and if you knew me that would shock you. I would love to see it one last time in 3D though I know it would not shock and scare me as much the second time around but the 3D makes me want to see it again. I will be buying the original DVD as well it got re released big shock there *lol* I will post the glasses up soon. Ok there I have now posted up the picture of the 3D glasses on the top of this blog entry. Now back to more reviews....

The Devils Rejects 2005 (*****): Another goody of Rob Zombies, I want to own this movie, I never saw it in the theater but I wish I had. One very good kick ass movie I highly recommend it. Good gore, lots of blood and if you liked Halloween then you have to see this which is his earlier work. And you thought he was just a singer, he does much better being a director for horror. So please do yourself a favor rent or buy this movie, you will not regret it...

House Of 1000 Corpses 2003 (****): The Most Shocking Tale Of Carnage Ever Seen.

Synopsis:
In "House of 1000 Corpses", two young couples take a misguided tour onto the back roads of America in search of a local legend known as Dr. Satan. Lost and stranded, they are set upon by a bizarre family of psychotics. Murder, cannibalism and satanic rituals are just a few of the 1000+ horrors that await.

"House Of 1000 Corpses" It takes much of its story from previous horror flicks, it is still a unique piece in that it combines a multitude of effects, both visual and the suggested unseen.

Four American teenagers (who else?) are driving home on October 30, 1977 - All Hallows Eve - the night before Halloween. They run out of petrol and take a detour to a rather bizarre gas station that houses a museum of monsters and madmen. Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig, and also one of many characters who takes the name from a Marx Bros. character) runs the gas station and is tour guide, always being dressed for the part and with clown makeup. Curiosity gets the better of the teenagers during the tour and they ask for directions to the nearby infamous Dr. Satan's house, a detour from which none of them will return.

Along the way they pick up an outrageous blonde hitchhiker, Baby (Sheri Moon), who befriends them instantly, taking them back to her house of horrors. The house is when the real fun begins and it is nice to see Karen Black answer the door as the spookily seductive Mother Firefly. One of the girls has phoned her father in advance to say they will be home soon, and when they don't appear, he phones the local sheriff and they set off to find the foursome. This leads to one of the most horrific, shocking scenes in the movie, when the sheriff's deputy is shot dead by the mad Otis (Billy Moseley). The memory of this scene will surely linger for a long time.

Be warned about this movie, as it is a feast of gore, blood, torture, naked flesh and killing in the extreme. The film is interspersed with nostalgic horror movie footage and uses a heavy metal soundtrack to pound home the terror. This is no picnic. See it if you dare. I loved this movie once again it is a Rob Zombie flick, I never got to see it in theaters but I wanted to. I want to buy it, I say rent it you will like it....

The Hills Have Eyes, & The Hills Have Eyes II 2006 & 2007 (*****): If you like the idea of Red neck freaks terrorizing people that are lost and stranded in the desert, then these are the movies that you must see. I liked them I never got to see either of them in the theater but I wished I had, I do want to buy them both on DVD. They give good gore, but at the same time you can laugh out loud at both movies because the killers are so hideous, deformed, and ugly. I recommend both of these movies, not for the weak hearted though, and not for the easily disturbed. May give you nightmares, a must see for every good horror movie buff, at least in my opinion....

Wrong Turn & Wrong Turn II 2003 & 2007 (*****): I loved these movies the second one was even better than the first one. I never got to see either of them in theaters but I wished that I had, I watched them both online back to back. Very gory, bloody, violent, and scary. Very similar to the storylines of The Hills Have Eyes, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. All seem to have the whole backwoods redneck theme going on. I highly recommend both of these I will be buying both on DVD eventually.....

My Life In A Nutshell and Halloween Pics Of Olivia!!!

Well here are some Halloween pictures of Olivia, she was a unicorn. So anyways about a month ago I weighed 314 lbs I now weigh 305 lbs so that is a 9 lb weight loss and I stopped the diet pills that I was on after two weeks or so. They are very good and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to lose weight. They are called Xenical, but there is also a lower dose pill that you don't need a prescription for called Ally or something like that. Well not much else to say I have almost been at my job now for two years it will be two years on November 27th 2008. I'll post another update when I have something more to say...Bye for now

Well lets see it has been forever since I blogged, not much to say not like anyone reads this thing anymore. But I have pinkeye which is lots of fun.... Not!!! So my boss told me to stay away until it has cleared up, so I have been off of work now for two days straight. I'm going for an Ultrasound of my Liver on the 15th of September because I have been having some medical issues and they are worried that I have Fatty Liver Disease. Hopefully everything will be fine they are also going to check my Gallbladder while they are in there as well. I will let you all know how things go once I know, once I know whats going on I'm going to try to get treatment including dietary changes if needed. Well I'll either be taking off one more day tomorrow if work allows it or I'll be going back to work tomorrow morning. Either way I have to do some overtime once I do go back, oh and an update on the wife's immigration she has another Visa and we are having to do a couple of more things. Also me and the wife are in the process of looking for a Sperm donor we think we may have one we thought we had a local one but he fell through. Well I'll write more soon when I have more to say, or have an update on the topics that I have covered, and I'm done being busy doing all of the overtime I will be doing for weeks to come......Take care my friends :0)

I Have Been So Sick Lately!!!!

Hey there everyone its been awhile since I blogged I have been so sick lately, I have been sick since the 21st, first I thought it was a cold but now I think it might be bronchitis, my wife is sick with it too I feel bad because I gave it to her. So it has been six days I have the day off today, I have new pictures of my facial hair progression to share so I will do that very soon when I'm feeling better. I shaved off my upper lip hair however because it was not coming in right yet, but I kept the chin hair. I almost lost my voice today with this damn illness, I never did get those clothes from that co worker. So I'm barely talking today, I'm so sick of being sick. *sigh* Well not much else to say, but no matter what or how I feel its back to work for me tomorrow morning. Look at how my facial hair is growing after only less than ten days I'm very pleased and excited about its progress.... The pictures of the Tulips, the CD, the heart coffee mug, and cinnamon hearts are all what I got from my wife Angie for Valentines Day plus a couple of other gifts that are too naughty and personal to share. And the dozen roses, chocolates, stuffed turtle, and Winnie The Pooh metallic balloon are all what I gave to my wife for Valentines Day. I had a very interesting day today. First off I got another great survey, and then I bumped into a childhood friend Nadine at work today she just completed her 5th week of training, and neither of us knew that each other worked there and even though I have changed genders, she does know who I am because this past weekend we bumped into each other in a grocery check out line. And then I was approached by a co-worker whom I have never spoken to ever before and was offered free clothes, she said that her ex boyfriend who was a big guy like myself left Canada to live in the USA. And well he left alot of his expensive clothes behind brand names like Tommy H, etc.... And so she offered the clothes to me for free. I was shocked of course I could not turn down the offer hells no. Well not much more to say except that I made some more online FTM friends in a new chat room I was invited into so if your an FTM reading this e-mail me and I'll gladly send you a link to it.... This certificate is from my job Each of those little Gold and Silver Diamonds on that certificate in this blog entry represent one %100 percent perfect survey well the sliver one is from graduating from training but we also get silver ones other ways but you get the idea they gave this to me because I filled it up, and now I have started a new one. And in those diamond spaces at the very bottom of the certificate my new certificate at work on the wall has one red diamond on it to show that I filled up this one, and when there are 13 red diamonds on the very last newest one that gets put up at work I think I get money or a big prize not too sure. The certificate well actually the pineapple on it takes thirteen gold and silver diamonds to fill it up each time. What the certificate says on it that is too hard to read in the photo is: Marriott global reservations and customer care recognizes Dylan Fer. In appreciation for contributions to the success of our business. Yes they never for some odd reason put our whole last names on them or even our company id photo badges, as you can see I put a picture of mine in this post as well, also has an extra bonus picture I put a picture of the cute little gum ball machine that I got from work we all got one around christmas time complete with gum balls. Well not much else to say for now I'll blog more soon when I have something that is blog worthy again.

Hey there everyone ok so there you go there is that infamous photo that I told you all about it was in todays Thursday January 24th 2008 Saskatoon StarPhoenix, so my wife went out at bought it for me. I sure do look frozen *lol* The caption which you can't see under it says: "Dylan Ferrier shows the effects of waiting for a bus for more than 15 minutes in -30 C weather Wednesday afternoon on 33rd St. W. His glasses were fogged and his eye lashes were iced-up from the breath squeezing its way out of his scarf". It might also end up in the Saskatoon Sun which is our free weekend paper out here if it does end up in there has well I will post it from that paper because we always have that paper delivered to the house.....Update it was not in the Saskatoon Sun at all thank God *lol*

Stayed Home From Work Again Today, And I Had An Odd Thing Happen To Me!!!

Hey again everyone I'm backkkkk did you miss me??? I know that you did not expect to get another post from me so soon but here I am. First off I had to stay home from work again today I also did on Tuesday due to mouth and teeth pain, and then I made an emergency trip back to the dentists office to get that damn root canal I had done checked out to see why I'm in pain, she thought maybe my bite was off like up too high so she smooth down the filling abit more, I have to get a crown put on that molar soon too. And now I'm back on antibiotics oh what fun *lol* And now to back track a bit on my day, I was waiting for the bus to take me downtown so that I could catch the next bus from downtown to my dentists office in Sutherland. So anyways the odd thing that happened to me this afternoon was this guy comes up to me out of no where while I'm waiting for the bus in the freezing weather it was -33.00° Celsius in metric, that's -27.4° Fahrenheit if your in a place where they don't do metric. So anyways my glasses were full of ice and frost so was my scarf and it was hard to breathe, and this guy comes up to me says he is from the local newspaper out here in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada called the Saskatoon StarPhoenix and that he wants to take my picture for the newspaper to show people what -33 looks like, he took several up close pictures of me and than asked me for my name and shook my hand and than he was off. He told me that the picture would be in one of the next few issues of the newspaper plus it would be in the free weekend paper called the Saskatoon Sun. I'll be sure to post the newspaper picture when I get a copy of it, told my wife we should buy a copy. Well not much else to say it's back to work for me tomorrow, so I'll end this post for now I'll update my blog when I have a copy of the picture I will be posting more soon bye for now........

So here is that long awaited entry that I promised you all, I'm going to go back to my original blog on Yahoo 360 and show you guys that never went there my old blog posts from before I ever started using blogger it won't be all of them so you would still have to go to my blog on Yahoo 360 to read some of them, anyways here goes enjoy!!!

Here was my first blog post ever: My Worries and what I can't talk about with my honey!!!

Well here is my first post in my Yahoo 360 blog. I have decided to post today because I'm staying up, drinking freshly brewed coffee because my mother just got up, and waiting around abit to see if our parcel from my mom in law in the USA arrives this morning, plus I can't seem to get sleepy. And I have no one to talk to right now because it is early morning here, and Angie is sound asleep, plus she said she could not take on anymore worries right now (meaning my worries) then what she already has now. So here I am, left with no one to tell my troubles to. Well my first big one is about being able to sponsor Angie for permanent Canadian residence, my second one is our package from Angie's mother not getting here soon, and my third and final one is not finding a job or getting any money soon. So basically the first worry also involves the third worry, because in order to sponsor Angie I need money and in order to get money I need a good paying job. And the worry I have about the parcel is that It was sent out on September 8th and today is now September 18th, I mean yes true we don't get mail out here on the weekends like the US does, but still it has been way over a week. My main reason for worrying about the package is that it as my syringes in it that I need in order to keep injecting my Testosterone. I can't believe I left them out there I'm so stupid I'm kicking myself for it beileve you me. See what happened is this: we were traveling back to Saskatchewan, Canada from Ohio and we had two big suitcases and one medium one on us, and well the one carrying my hormones which was the medium sized one broke to the point that it was unable to be carried on a long trip because both the pull strap on the side of it broke and the regular handle on the top broke both at the same time. It was like a freak accident, but lucky for us it broke while we were still in her mothers sight, so I grabbed what I could from it and left the rest, that is why her mother is trying to get the things I left to me now. I care more about the needles then anything else she could have possibly sent of mine back. I'm just concerned that they might hold it up at the US border, if they like x-ray it or something, I know it might just be a dumb fear and worry on my part, but oh well.... Anyways enough of my ramblings on I'm sure whomever is sitting here from my buddy list reading this is bored to tears by now. Oh and one more thing, I'm getting married in three weeks or so on the 7th of October and I'm a nervous wreck. I also feel bad for Angela not having anyone to be here for the wedding from her side, I see everyday how badly it hurts her inside, and my heart breaks for her, when I look at her face everyday since she found out her mom, aunt, and gay friend can't make it. It pisses me off, makes me angry at myself that I don't have a job so that I could have the money to send for whomever she wants to come to our wedding from her family and friends. Makes me hate myself this not having an income, makes me feel useless, hopeless, worthless, depressed, suicidal, sad, angry, frustrated, etc... I mean even her father made it clear when he kicked me out, that I was worthless and a loser for not having a job. Well the one good thing in all of this is that as long as my parents give me the bus money there is a job fair coming up out here on Sept 21st, so I may just get lucky and get a job from that. I have already handed out several resumes since being back here, and I have posted my resumes online on a few sites like: Monster.ca and Saskatoonjobshop.ca. Extra bonus Entry for September 18, 2006

Well here is abit of an update, I know its a shock but its just a quick one *lol* my mom said to me that packages from the US have taken up to two weeks to get here, because she as gotten one or two in the past from my sister and her hubby. Hey there everyone I just thought I would update you all on my very first blog entry about my worries: Well two got fixed, because the package did finally get here, and I think I might have a job lined up, I'll know more about that for sure on Thursday after I go to Kelly Services....
11 Days Until my 29th birthday and 3 until my wedding!!!: Well Its been a busy we for us and it seems to just keep getting busier by the day. Angie got her dress today, her aunt Jean left the pencil marks on it which was not good or very smart because it can't be machine washed, but good news is that Angie got the sleeves to work. And now we are just waiting on the money to come in so that we can pay the church on Friday which is the day before the wedding.So anyways on the 15th will be my 29th birthday, makes me feel so old because in one more year I will be 30. *sigh* lets see what else is going on tomorrow has far as I know I'm babysitting my 2 year old great niece Octavia, and Angie is working on the real wedding cake no more practicing it. Oh and Angie's shawl/wrap ended up being the wrong kind of material. And Angie thought her mother was going to send her real pearls not fake cheap ones so that upset her as well. Well not much more to say just felt like venting because I just hate seeing my Angie cry and be miserable when there is nothing that I can do about it. And I wish that certain members of both sides of our families would stop acting like me and Angie are making a mistake in getting married, it is our choice and we want to, we want to be happy and we are in love, why can't they all just be happy for us.*sigh* So much to worry about the stress is about to make me crack. Well tomorrow afternoon at 2pm at St Thomas Westley United Church in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, is the big day which is of course our wedding day, with a reception to follow at the Holiday Inn Express here in Saskatoon at 4pm. Not much else to say about it except that I will officially for the first and last time be a husband wow all before I'm 30. *lol* and right now I have my baby great niece up stairs with me here, because I'm babysitting. Well tonight is the wedding rehearsal at the church at 6pm for me, Angie, Zana, Jean, Erin, and little Octavia. Angie is almost completely done with the cake now, all she has to do is frost it, fondant it, decorate it, put the bride and groom and flowers on it,and stack it.We have the money to pay the church which is a relief and tonight we take the money and marriage license with us. Oh and some of my family as actually come a long way to be here for it, like my sister and sister in law Tammy and Dawn her partner they are from Alberta but moving back here to Saskatoon by November they bought a house. Me and Angie sure wish we could do that after we are married. Well I will end this for now.....

Well I start my new job on Sunday!!!

Well everyone I start my new job at Denny's this Sunday at 7pm, on the 15th which is my birthday, what a day to have to start a new job. And because me and Angie have no money we can't do nothing for my 29th birthday anyways. So I guess working on that day will at least give me something to do, and something to look forward to *sigh* I hate it though how everyone in my family including my new family that I just married into, never really remembers or even thinks about my birthday. I wish that I had money so that instead of or before work that day me and Angie could celebrate. *sigh* oh well..... Anyways I hope my mother in law sends our winter coats to us very soon it is starting to look alot like it could snow out here.

Bad Omen Geeze What is it Friday the 13th two days late!!! :0(: Hey there everyone reading this!! I hope you are all doing ok, God could this day/night get any worse or what? First thing that happens is me and Angie are raking leaves and all of a sudden out of nowhere she feels sick and woozy, and then later in the night we go to take a shower together like we almost always do, but we just start having issues with water temperature, where it went cold but then went really hot almost boiling water, to the point of burning angie's back, and then the freakiest thing happens.... The shower which is detachable slips off the hook while I'm trying to hang it back up, and it breaks the faucet off completely. So needless to say we both did not get a full shower. And then has if that were not enough, Angie slips on the attic/my bedroom stairs well going down them on her way to the bathroom, no she did not get hurt seriously fortunately. It as just been a very messed up day/night, and then tomorrow night we both have to go to work me at Denny's at 7pm and Angie babysitting at 8pm. *sigh* I'm so not in the right state of mind to work, I sure hope I am come evening. God I hope I can find a relative that will let me take a bath or shower at their place soon, because I need to be clean for work, I'm working in a restaurant after all.....Well I think I will end this now I have a few more loads of laundry to do before bed, thankfully Angie is asleep now so I don't have to worry about her doing anything more damaging to herself. I just don't understand what is going on here, and maybe I'm better off not knowing....

Hey there everyone who reads this, I just thought I would quickly post in my blog one more time before I head out the door. Well today is my 29th B-day, and my sister did the sweetest thing out of nowhere, she stopped by the house here and dropped me off a happy b-day brother greeting card. The only people who remembered other than her were my wife and my parents. Well I'm going to go now I have a twenty some minute walk ahead of me in the cold and rain......

For my birthday I got a card from Angie my first husband one ever, and a card from my parents, a mini game that you hook to the tv from my parents like plug in play for tv it uses batteries, and it is of NHL 95 and Madden Football 95, and I got a box of my favorite candy called Smarties from Angie as well.... We plan on celebrating a belated b-day when we get money from one of our two jobs.

I got job Interviews coming out of my ears!!!: Well I have several job interviews this week starting tomorrow afternoon and then all the way until Friday. The first one is at PrintWest, it is for a printing and bindery position at 1:00pm tomorrow which is Tuesday, the next one is at The Marriott, at 1:45pm Wednesday. and the last one of the week so far anyways is at this new movie theater that just opened up out here called Galaxy Cinema, at 7:30pm Thursday night. So I have a busy next few days..... Well wish me luck!!!

I got a job Yayyyy!!!: Well everyone who is reading this entry!!! I got a job with a company called PrintWest I start Thursday it pays $8.40 an hour 24 hours a week, which is part time. Its better than not having a job though, plus I'm still going to my other two interviews this week at the Marriott, and Galaxy Cinema's. My new boss does not have a problem with me working some place else as well as for him. My hours would most likely be early morning until 3pm three days a week,8 hours a day. Its a pain in the ass to get to my new job, but I'll get there even if I have to on foot, in the deep freezing cold snow, has you can see from the picture I posted with this entry the snow out here is fairly deep for early November. So anyways what happened was a got to the interview and instead of it just being the typical interview that ends with a we'll call you after we make our decision, it was an orientation and then employment paperwork, no interview though I did ask questions but nothing was even asked of me other then had I ever worked in a printing place before? which of course I had to say no to,and when could I start? which I then had to say I had another interview tomorrow afternoon at the Marriott that will be 2 hours long. So he said I can start Thursday instead then. After my interview tomorrow I'm supposed to call him back and he will tell me my hours from Thursday on.......

Had my 2nd interview of the week at the Marriott!!: Well I just got back an hour or so ago from my 2nd interview at the Marriott now its a wait and see game has usual. Then when I got home I called back the PrintWest where I'm supposed to start working tomorrow, left a message but they have not gotten back to me yet. The job at PrintWest I found out is just a christmas rush job, he won't need me after December 22nd so it is only until December 22nd, which sucks, but good news is I still have one last interview to go to and that's tomorrow night at 7:30pm downtown at the movie theater. So at least I had back up plans. Well anyways thats it for now I will update this entry after I hear back from PrintWest with my start time and days, and after my last interview of the week at the movie theater......

YAYYYYYY I GOT ANOTHER JOB THAT'S 2 JOBS NOW BUT IT WAS 3!!!: Hey there again everyone who is reading this. I went to the interview at the movie theater out here called Galaxy Cinema's and of course I got it, I start training on Tuesday the 21st at 6pm to 9pm. So I ended up calling up PrintWest and telling them sorry I would rather take the movie theater job. So now I have the Marriott during the day from 7am to 3pm and the movie theater at nights from 6 to 9pm three nights a week. I'll be a very busy guy, but we need the cash, and it feels better to have two instead of one that way if something happens to one I have another one for back up.Well I'll update this more soon......

I GOT THE JOB AT THE MARRIOTT YAYYYYY!!!!!!: Hey there everyone who is reading this, how are you all doing today/night? I'm doing wonderful. I just found out this afternoon through a phone call that I got the $10.00 an hour desk job at the Marriott, I start training on November 27th 2006 at 7am. And I'm starting work at PrintWest tomorrow morning at 7am, I have decided to hang on to the PrintWest job until Nov 24th for a little extra money because it pays $8.40 an hour. And I am also going to the Galaxy Cinema's interview tonight at 7:30pm. And if I get that job and it can be full time or part time evenings I'll just quit PrintWest and work for Galaxy either way I'm looking at having two jobs, at a time for at least awhile. :) Well I'm gonna go got to get ready for my job interview, I'll update soon.....

Been A While Since I Posted Anything New!!!: Well I know it as been a while since I posted anything but thats because we lost our internet and digital cable for a bit, but we got them back from a different company now. So anyways lets see I quit my job at the movie theater, I got my first pay on Thursday from both jobs, an old elementary school classmate named Janice found me on myspace, even though I have changed alot since those days. Not much else to say right now except that I have two more weeks starting this Monday until my training is done at the Marriott I graduate on December 22nd we are have a potluck dinner at work for it plus getting a certificate, my wife is going to make a dessert or something for it, just wish she could be there. My folks gave me a scare tonight!!!...... UPDATE!!!!: Hey there everyone yes I know long time no blog, I just wanted to post on here really quickly to let everyone who reads this know that my parents Jean and DeRay Ferrier were in a car wreck tonight. luckily neither of them were injured , they were just both shaken up. And if any of you reading this who live in Saskatoon can help us out, we need to get to where my parents van was towed to, and get all the stuff they have in it out and bring it back to the house here. Well not much else to say, other than we are still waiting to see if my mother could have cancer in her leg bone, keep her in all of your prayers.......Love you all bye for now.... UPDATE!!! Just to give you all an update on this situation: My folks are ok my mom was checked out by the DR, and they did get all of their stuff from the van, but it is totaled and they are currently looking for another vehicle, and has for my mom's leg, she got another scan done on it, we are just waiting on the results of that 2nd scan. I'll post an update when I have more information.....

I had a nice extra day off of work today!!!: Hey there everyone I thought I would post a new blog entry today, because I actually took a day off work today after working a very long eleven hour shift on Thursday afternoon/night. And it was a nice day off I took a walk, got to watch tv earlier in the day then I usually do, and I'm back online after a two day hiatus because I was so tired after my last two days of work because this week I have worked two shifts of overtime one on Tuesday and then the shift yesterday on Thursday, I told my wife I was beat and even though I still woke up at the time that I normally do to get ready for work which is 10:00 am and I went to bed at 4:00 am last night, I did not go back to sleep even after I decided to call in sick and stay home from work. Well anyways enough about that, me and my wife saw the coolest thing outside or bedroom window this afternoon, and that is why I have included the picture in this blog post, we have a big tree right outside our window, and we saw a mother bird either a sparrow or wild finch fly and land on one of the branches with her baby birds tagging along close by and then all three landed on the branch right in plain view from us right outside the window, and then the cutest thing happened because our trees are full of worms that hang down from webs, she starting feeding them to her baby's but these baby birds were a bit older than normal and they were flying on there own and there is no birds nest in the tree outside my window either. And we watched they serene scene together has a couple both with alot of ooooohhh's and ahhhhs thinking how cute it was. So I just thought that I would blog about it, and now I am done, and it is back to work tomorrow *sigh* oh well at least it is my last shift for the weekend then I have my usual two days off which are Sunday and Monday......*lol* tune in next time for another exciting blog post and adventure in the life of Dylan Michael Ferrier.

Just Thought That I Would Give Those Of You Who Actually Read My Blog An Update!!!

Hey there everyone I thought that I would finally post a new blog entry to catch you all up on my life. I was going to post a year end review in my blog but I feel that I am too late for that, but eventually I'll go into my old blog and post the entry's from there so that those of you who did not know me when I first started blogging can read some past entry's of the time that I used to use Yahoo 360 before changing blogs. So I am sure your all wondering what is with the teeth images in this entry? I wanted to show those of you who have never had one what a root canal looks like and to let you all know that that is what I had done yesterday Monday January 21st 2008, so I'm home from work today in pain. And in case you never had one, those images give you some idea of what it looks like and what they do to you during it. Here is a description of the procedure:

Depending on the number of teeth and severity affected, root canals usually require one to two visits not including any follow-up visits. Your dentist will numb the area around the affected tooth, or may offer you the option of mild sedation. A rubber dental dam is placed and the tooth is then drilled to the pulp area either through the top or the back of the tooth. The actual root canals are measured after some of the pulp has been removed. This is done so that the dentist can clean the entire canal, and so that enough of the filling material will be used to completely fill the canal. The actual measuring is done with either x-rays or electronic imaging devices.

All of the diseased pulp in the tooth is removed, and the canal is cleaned out thoroughly with an antiseptic solution. This solution will clean all of the canals within the tooth. The canals are then filled with gutta percha, a flexible plastic material. A temporary filling is then put on top of that. A crown or permanent filling will be done after there has been no sign of infection. Crowns are most common since the root canal procedure weakens the tooth. The crown is usually placed as soon as possible, within a month or less.

Expect two to three days of soreness after the procedure, or longer if the infection in the root canal was severe.

Anyways enough about the pain and agony *lol*

Not much else to say for now but I will do that post I was talking about doing very soon but I thought that for now this entry would tide you all over those of you that read my blog on a regular basis, I know this was more serious than my entry's tend to be, and I'm sorry if my blog did not take your mind off of your troubles as one of my readers emailed me saying she reads my blog to take her mind off of her job.

Hey there everyone so today my manager pulled me aside and I found out that as of December 1st I have been making $11.07 an hour, so my two raises are .32 cents for my yearly one, and .75 cents an hour for my regular raise. So along with my usual $10 an hour that's a grand total of $11.07 an hour, or $88.56 a day when I work my usual eight hour shift. My .32 cent raise is bigger than at least two of my co-workers raises and they have been there just as long as me, but yet I still make two cents more an hour than they do. Not much else to say I just wanted to give you all an update on my wages at work, and I guess thats not a bad amount of pay for the kind of job I do, I would be happier if I was making at least $13 to $15 an hour but beggars can't be choosers. Well take care I'll be adding to my x-mas blog entry soon plus after x-mas when me and my old lady buy each other gifts so twice......

Hey there everyone I have decided to start an entry for all of my holiday/yule gifts that I get and well I got to open some early. so I will be starting this entry off today with four pictures one is of the winter hat my cousin Krystal made me and of me in the hat, which I appreciate because you have no idea unless your from here just how cold it gets. And the next two are of blankets that my wife's mom and aunt made for us. So here goes lets start the entry: I got slippers from my wife and a card, and a winter hat and scarf, and from my parents we got a pasta pot set, and a light up bride and groom crystal, and I got a jack knife, and skeleton ashtray from my folks, and from Angie's folks I got Sponge Bob boxers which seems to be a running joke between her mother and me because I got some last year as well, and then I also got Stewie from Family guy t-shirt and boxers. And at my sister Zana's place I got some men's cologne and body spray called Cross, and we got some couples gifts of a cookbook, incense, and x-mas tree ornaments. And then when we got home we had a gift from my sister Dee Dee or candles with a glass holder in a heart shaped box with another x-mas tree ornament, and from my niece Jean we got a 16 piece dinnerware set of black dishes there are mugs,bowls,dinner plates,and smaller plates. Well I Have Now Been With The Marriott For One Year!!!

Hey there everyone who is reading this entry, I have now been at my job with the Marriott for one whole year has of November 27th 2007 because I started there on the 27th of November in 2006.
The pictures are of my certificate, 1st anniversary pin, and letter of the speech that my manager gave about me at an awards ceremony for having been there a year, which I missed because I was sick. Plus on top of all this I'm getting a .25 cent raise for having been there a year and it may go up to .40 cents an hour before too long. Plus starting December 1st I'm also getting a .75 cent an hour raise for a total of $10.75 an hour plus add on to that my .25 cent raise and that's $11 an hour so far so we will see at least I'll now make more than $80 a day. well I'll write more soon when I have something else to talk about..... So I have been off of work since Saturday and it is now Tuesday but that's counting my normal two days off which are Sunday's and Monday's. So anyways I was actually sick today, but on Saturday I did it so that we could Christmas shop, because with Remembrance day out here places would have not been opened when we needed them to be. Finally I'm Going To Get A Raise!!!

Yes you read the title of this blog post correctly, my company is going to be giving me a .75 cent an hour raise, starting January 5th 2008. Plus on top of that raise I'll be getting at least another .23 cent an hour raise after I have been there one year, which I will be on November 27th 2007. And yes it may not seem like much per hour but it all adds up. I mean thats $10.75 an hour plus another .23 cents and I work eight hours a day five days a week so you do the math. it becomes $439.20 a week which is $878.40 every pay day before taxes. Hey everyone I thought I would start my birthday blog post a day early because my birthday is actually on October 15th 1977, so that would be tomorrow. I'll be posting pictures of my gifts and cake. Also I'll throw in a bonus picture of my one year wedding anniversary present. I'll have three more pictures to add yet, but the picture of my last gift will have to wait because the book is on order at my local bookstore (Coles). And Tomorrow I will add pictures of my cake, dinner, and my birthday card. So here are the first few pictures: First two pictures are all of my birthday gifts minus one and they are the following: Another expansion pack for The Sims 2, a Madonna music video collection dvd that I did not have called The Immaculate Collection, one of the books that I had been wanting by this author named Michael Largo called The Portable Obituary I know it sounds morbid but its a great book it tells you how and when many famous people died even people throughout ancient history, and then I needed a new wallet mine went through the washer and dryer and got wrecked it had been in my pocket when I washed my jeans, and then I got a Homer Simpson bookmark, and then the next picture is of my wife's old Tarot cards that she gave me as part of my gift after I bought her new ones. I have one more book coming and when I finally get it I will add it to this post. The picture of the watch is the anniversary gift that I got because I needed a new watch and it looks nice and it has a light but we have had alot of problems with it the watch is very touchy. Well I will add more pictures tomorrow.

Well It's officially my birthday now and I have more pictures to add to this entry the first two of the day are of all the gifts that I received from my parents along with two birthday cards from them I also got three coffee mugs the first one says 30 & Dirty, the next one says
Thirty & Loving it, and the very last one says How the Hell did I get this old?!, and I got two
pairs of white tube socks with Canadian flags on the upper ankle part, and I got a Ren & Stimpy CD I still like them, *lol* and then I got a Winnie the Pooh picture frame with my picture in it, *Blahhhh*

And I got my favorite gift of all the really great knife with three different blades. Well I'll have more to post in a few more hours and then in a few more days I'll have my last gift to post which will be of my favorite book.

Ok here are the last of the pictures until I get my last book in a few more days, So there is the graveyard chocolate cake, my birthday card from my wife, and my dinner of steak, a lobster tail, and roasted potatoes. Well I have something happy and exciting to blog about today, my sister Zana finally gave birth to a baby girl my new niece she had her by C-Section, she is very tiny only weighing 2.5 lbs, 12 inches long, and so far all I know is her name is Olivia Danika not sure of the spelling I have some pictures that I will include in this post. She looks like the sweetest little angel, wish I coulda been there but of course I was sick with the stomach flu plus had I not been home sick I would have been at work. So Zana will get to leave the hospital soon but of course the baby will have to stay there for like two more months. She is in an incubator as you can see from the pictures but other than that she looks happy and healthy. Well I will type more soon but for now this is all because I'm still feeling sore, weak, and a bit ill. But I will keep you all updated when I find more out.......

Hello everyone well what a way to have to start off a day my wife is sick stomach bug or something non stop puking so I had to stay home and take care of her. So I had to miss work which means I had to take an adherence hit, this will be my fourth one if none of the others have dropped off. And after four your out the door so this means that I'm walking a fine line unless I get lucky and my first one was removed then I'm back to three. Well at least the good news is I have this hotel booking experience which I'm sure I can find another job at maybe an actual hotel it just sucks because I'll have been there a year this November, and I really did not want to have to go job hunting again we can't afford it *sigh* and there she goes getting sick again will it never end and we have no money or any way for her to see a Dr I might have to take in recycling, well got to go the Sasktel cable man will be here soon..... Update!!! I ended up going to work exhausted but then while I was at work I threw up and they let me go home and told me that I would still have a job good thing they did because I threw up at least five more times after I got home and then I took Wednesday the 19th off after sleeping for 14 hours. Now I'm just achy and sore I will go back to work on the 20th....

One Hell Of A Lucky Week For Me!!!

Hey there everyone I finally have something worthwhile to blog about this week. First off My pay check was a lucky $777 before taxes and other things were taken off of it. And then what started my week off on a great note was winning tickets at work for having such good adherence me and my wife got to see Beyonce live in concert at the Credit Union Center out here in Saskatoon on the 14th which was Friday. And then to add that extra special kick I was able to buy myself a kick ass MP3 player that I have been working on ripping songs from my CD collection onto the computer and than onto the MP3 player it can hold up to a thousand songs in WMA (Window's Media) format. I have included pictures of the winning tickets, the t-shirt that I bought both the front and the back of it, the arena where she preformed, and my new favorite toy :) But today as been lousy all me and my wife have been doing is arguing all day, Oh well what can you do about it *sigh* But at least after this week of work I will have from the 23rd until the 28th off of work and three of those five days will be payed vacation days. I took them off hoping that my sister will have her baby by then. Well I will write more soon I figured that I needed to post about my good fortunes lately but of course it seems like with the good comes the bad.....Peace out dudes and dudette's
